The following content provides several examples of configuring communication between IBM TRIRIGA Workplace Reservation Manager (Reserve) and Microsoft Exchange. In general, these steps apply to all versions of Exchange that are supported by TRIRIGA. However, some steps may vary depending on your particular environment, version of Exchange, and your specific Exchange server configuration. Consult the Exchange documentation for more information on a given step.
To see the supported versions of Microsoft Exchange Server, refer to the IBM TRIRIGA Compatibility Matrix.
To see existing IBM TRIRIGA documentation on this topic, refer to IBM Documentation (10.8.0).
Integration between TRIRIGA Reserve and Microsoft Exchange requires two-way communication between TRIRIGA and Exchange.
To enable this communication, you must perform initial configuration in both Exchange and TRIRIGA.
